Included in the price of the hunt is your guide, food, lodging, packing your game out, skinning and caping. As a courtesy to our guests transportation from and back to Spokane airport is provided on scheduled dates and times. The pickup van will leave Spokane no later than 2pm PST and will leave the lodge to return at 6:30 am MST. Unscheduled trips to the airport will incur a fee of $200. per person. The dates of your arrival and departure are provided on your contract.

These are five, six and seven days of actual hunting. Please remember when making your flight schedules, you will be here seven, eight and nine days respectively. We ask that you arrive at the Spokane, WA airport before or as close to the scheduled departure time of the pickup van as possible. If your flight will not arrive by that time, you will need to come a day early and stay at the Ramada Inn at the airport (509) 838-5211, or rent a car. Notify us and we will give you a reduced rate code for the motel and we will pick you up there on our regularly scheduled pickup date, which will be one day prior to the beginning of your hunt. Check out time at the lodge is no later than 7 a.m. Mountain time. If you will be driving in, check in time is 3 p.m., please do not arrive before 3 p.m. Mountain time.

On all hunts a $ 1000 deposit is required to hold your booking date. All balances are due thirty days prior to your arrival. Remember, to book the date of your preference, you must book early. Applications for Montana big game combination, and deer only licenses must be received by Montana Department of FW&P by no later than March 15th.

Idaho big game licenses are sold by the individual tag and go on sale beginning December 1st. We can purchase your license for you in your name or you can purchase it on your credit card by calling 1-800-554-8685 or you can buy it on line. Please contact us for assistance when obtaining your license in this manner. We will assist you with the proper areas etc. Moose, sheep, and goat permits are available by special drawing only. Applications must be received by the department of FW&P no later than May 1. Bear tags must be purchased by April 14th for spring bear. Turkey tags are no longer on a draw as well and can be purchased when you purchase your bear tag.

There is a fee of $100. per day for non-hunting guests to stay at the lodge.
